How long does delivery take?
If the goods are shipped "economy", delivery within Austria usually takes 2 working days, to Germany 3-4 working days and within the EU up to 5 working days - after confirmation of payment.
Is express delivery possible?
Yes. If you order by 2 p.m., we can send the goods by parcel on the same working day. For larger items -per pallet- the goods go out the next working day.
How can I check the status of my order?
When the item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification from us by e-mail with all the important information about the progress of the shipment.
How do I pay for my items?
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice in PDF format by email. Our account information is stored on it.
Do I get a warranty for the frequency converter?
YES! All converters are checked. So we can give a 100 percent functional guarantee!
Can I also order as a private customer?
Yes, that is possible.
What is meant by tested frequency converters?
