How long does delivery take?
If the goods are shipped via "economy" shipping, delivery within Austria usually takes 2 working days, to Germany 3-4 working days and throughout the EU up to 5 working days - after payment confirmation.
Is express shipping possible?
Yes. If you order by 2 PM, we can ship your goods by parcel on the same business day. For larger items shipped by pallet, the goods will be dispatched the next business day.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once the item is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification from us with all the important information about the shipment status.
How do I pay for my items?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice in PDF format via email. Our bank details are included therein.
Do I get a warranty for the used frequency converters?
YES! All inverters are tested. You receive a 14-day start-up warranty from the delivery date!
Can I order as a private customer?
Yes, that's possible.
How do you test the frequency converters?
First step: complete cleaning and formation (connect device to voltage and charge capacitors) Second step: test run with constantly increasing load Third step: test run with full load Fourth step: test run with overload (check whether the device switches off safely) Fifth step: Reset device to factory settings
